What is ProWet OutSpan? Developed under the supervision of Dr Stan Kostka (a world-leading expert in turf surfactant technology), ProWet OutSpan It is an advanced formula of non-ionic wetting agents designed to revolutionise water management in soils prone to drought or suffering from hydrophobicity. It is designed to be highly effective at very low doses, making it the most cost-effective and economical option on the market for treating large areas.

🔄 The Unique Triple Mode of Action

• Increased Infiltration in the Root Zone: It immediately breaks the surface tension of the soil, accelerating the flow of water into the subsoil. This prevents surface waterlogging, reducing losses due to evaporation and runoff.
• Maximum Water Availability: It facilitates the even lateral and vertical movement of moisture throughout the soil profile. Every corner of the root zone receives water evenly.
• Optimised Water Efficiency: It improves the hydraulic connectivity between the grass roots and the water in the soil. This enables the plant to absorb every last drop of available water, even in hot conditions or under severe stress, drastically reducing its reliance on continuous artificial irrigation.

📊 Proven Performance and Actual Results

Scientific tests in highly demanding fields (such as the Ludlow Golf Club) proved to be effective compared with untreated soils:

• Before the rain: Maintains up to 24% more water available on the floor, ready to be absorbed.
• After the rain: Increases soil retention and recharge by between one and two percent. 42% and a 46% compared with untreated land. The soil becomes exponentially more receptive to rainwater, increasing rhizosphere recharge by a factor of 2.4.
• Increased speed: Laboratory tests confirm that it performs significantly faster in infiltration rate than traditional competitors such as Dispatch® Sprayable.

• Composition: 75%: A proprietary blend of non-ionic surfactants and 25%: a blend of inert ingredients.
• Product Type: Liquid soil wetting agent / surfactant.
• Frequency of application: Every 30 days.
• Recommended dosage: 2 to 4 litres per hectare (L/ha).
• Volume of Water for Mixing: Dilute the dose in 800 litres of water per hectare.
• Time of application: It is recommended that preventative treatments be started before periods of extreme heat or prolonged drought begin.

📌 Application advice: It does not require immediate watering after spraying, but its effectiveness is significantly improved if a light watering is carried out afterwards to help the product settle in the root zone.
