2. Users
Access to and/or use of this Tiloom attributes the condition of user, who accepts the General Conditions of Use reflected here. These conditions shall be applicable independently of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which, where applicable, may be mandatory.
3. Use of the portal
Tiloom provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, "the content") on the Internet belonging to Tiloom or its licensors to which the user may have access. The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content.
In such registration, the user shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the user may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services that Tiloom offers through its portal, and undertakes not to use them for activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order, nor to disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or against human rights.
Likewise, the user undertakes not to cause damage to the physical and logical systems of TiloomThe user may not use the website, its suppliers or third parties, nor introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical system that may cause the aforementioned damage.
The user also undertakes not to attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and not to modify or manipulate their messages. Tiloom reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate youth or childhood, public order or safety, or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication.
In any case, Tiloom shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools.
4. Data protection
Tiloom complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), as well as with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Tiloom undertakes to guarantee the correct use and processing of the user's personal data. To this end, together with each form for the collection of personal data, in the services that the user may request from TiloomThe user will be informed of the specific conditions relating to the processing of his or her data in each case, including the identity of the data controller, the purpose of the processing, the legal basis for the processing, the duration of the processing, and the possible recipients of the data.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and the right not to be subject to automated decisions, by sending a request to rgpd@tiloom.com or by post to the address C/Isla de Oza, 8. 28035 Madrid. If the user considers that the processing of his/her data does not comply with current regulations, he/she has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
5. Intellectual and industrial property
Tiloom, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programmes necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Tiloom or their licensors.
All rights reserved. The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorisation of Tiloom. The user undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights held by Tiloom. You may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of your computer or any other physical medium, provided that this is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use. The user must refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system that may be installed on the pages of Tiloom.
6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
Tiloom shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused by, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programmes in the content, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.
7. Modifications
Tiloom reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal without prior notice, and may change, delete or add both the content and services provided through the portal and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

In the event that in Tiloom.com links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Tiloom shall not exercise any control over such sites and content. Under no circumstances Tiloom assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external website, nor guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, accuracy, validity or constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlinks or other Internet sites.
Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections shall not imply any kind of association, merger or participation with the connected entities.
9. Right of exclusion
Tiloom reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use.
10. General
Tiloom will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
11. Modification of these conditions and duration
Tiloom may modify at any time the conditions determined here, being duly published as they appear here.
The validity of these conditions shall depend on their exposure and shall remain in force until they are modified by other duly published conditions.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between Tiloom and the user shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
13. Adaptation to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Tiloom complies with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force since 25 May 2018 and with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD). The data records that we store in our system have the purpose of managing the relationship with our users and customers, as well as informing them about our activities, products and services.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the legal bases that legitimise such processing, such as the user's consent, the performance of a contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations, and the legitimate interest of Tiloom.
Tiloom undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of personal data and to implement the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure their protection. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, portability and opposition, as well as withdraw their consent, by contacting Tiloom via e-mail rgpd@tiloom.com or in writing to the above address.
Also, Tiloom informs that users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with current legislation.
The storage period of personal data will be determined by the duration of the contractual relationship or by the applicable legal obligations. Once these periods have expired, the data will be duly blocked or deleted in accordance with the regulations in force.
Tiloom also informs that in the event that international data transfers are carried out, these will be carried out with the due guarantees and in compliance with the requirements established by the RGPD.
