Portable Infiltrometer

Description

Turf - Tec has designed a portable infiltration meter with which you can measure the infiltration of water on a sports surface (natural or artificial grass). As it is much smaller than the double ring infiltration meter, the marks on the turf are much smaller. This is a great advantage as it allows for frequent measurements without damaging the pitch.

This infiltration meter will be able to determine the infiltration rate of a point in an area in only 15 minutes!

Characteristics:

• You will be able to measure the downward flow of water through the turf and soil, on all areas of your surface.
• Possibility to correlate watering time with the infiltration rate of your lawn.
• It allows problems such as black layer or root asphyxia to be foreseen and solved before they get worse.
