Andrea Ballesteros is part of the Tiloom team as a commercial technician in the area of football and rugby.

Agricultural Engineer from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, she has specialised training through the Spanish Turfgrass Centre with International Certification in Football and Golf Course Maintenance. She is also qualified as a drone pilot (A1/A3 - AESA), applying new tools for data collection and analysis in the field.

Within Tiloom, he collaborates in the performance of technical audits of playing fields under professional standards, supporting in the collection of data and interpretation of key parameters for the optimisation of the performance, safety and durability of the surfaces. He also participates in the preparation of technical proposals and budgets, as well as in customer support and in the planning of maintenance actions adapted to each facility.

His career as a footballer, competing for years until he reached the second category of Spanish football, gives him a direct vision of the demands of the game, integrating the athlete's point of view with the technical analysis of the field.

Andrea stands out for her proactive attitude, ability to work as part of a team and motivation to continue to develop within the field of sports surfaces, bringing a young and committed vision to the Tiloom team.
