Save time and money in the maintenance of your sports ground: TURFKEEPER

The day-to-day maintenance of a SPORTS GROUND such as a golf course or a football is very time-consuming. Organising tasks, allocating resources, controlling stock and budgets...often the time and money wasted in trying to get the most out of maintenance is very high.

Tiloom offers the following tool to meet this need Turfkeeper.

Turfkeeper is a software that functions as a digital notebook that helps and supports in different areas and processes:

• Assignment of tasks: In a simple way, tasks can be assigned to individual employees on a day-to-day basis, optimising their time for each task and recording both scheduled and completed work.

• When assigning tasks, the programme will automatically record the hours worked by each member of staff and, if machinery is required, will allocate working hours to the equipment. Furthermore, if the specified tasks require the use of fertilisers, phytosanitary products or other chemicals, the programme itself will deduct them from stock and allocate the cost to each job. Thanks to this option, there is no need to carry out a manual tally of expenses.
  • Thus, at the end of each desired period (yearly, monthly, ...), you will be able to see the itemised cost of each activity and resource, maximising the efficiency in the maintenance management and providing valuable information for expenditure control.

• Control strict stock of products: The programme automatically deducts the products that are being used, so that at all times it shows the stock of each one of them. As well as the expenditure that has been carried out on them, the stock of machinery or possible repairs that have had to be made.
• In this way there is always a budget controlled, and can be established summaries, comparativesand analysis of the desired periods and services.

With only 20 minutes of daily work on this tool you can get a very valuable return.

Several Spanish golf clubs and football clubs already have a Turfkeeper for the daily maintenance of their fields and the savings in money, and above all in time, have been considerable. They have been able to maintain their areas with excellent maintenance control and rigour.
