The Leaf Moisture Sensor is a grid resistance type, it mimics the moisture in vegetation from 0 (dry) to 15 (wet). It is perfect for pest models.
The sensor is a circuit board with interlocking gold-plated fingers. Condensation on the sensor reduces the resistance between the fingers, which is measured with a weather station WatchDog.
Leaf moisture sensor is key to managing pest models
The sensor reads the humidity by measuring the resistance in the network. The measured resistance value is converted into a leaf humidity value of 0-15, in whole numbers. 3
Any value above 6 is considered "wet".
You can incorporate the sensor in:

- Mini stations of the 2000 series
