Customers are our main focus. We always mind the fit of our technological solution to the customer’s legacy system or foreseen future plaftorms. These requirement covers all stages from the development of the first hardware prototype to the writing of new software algorithms. In addition, placing customers at the forefront of our work means that we never indulge in making hypothesis without market validation. This we achieve by implementing the Lean Start-up methodology as defined by Eric Ries in 2008.
We shall be structured to provide the best technological solution. This means that we as a company recognize that we shall adapt to the changing needs of our customers and to the rapid evolution of yet new generation of technologies. Moreover, we are certain that excellency implies fully rotating our asset-base, and knitting effciency in production and distribution. This we achieve by following Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen continuous improvement methodologies imported from the auto industry.
To sustain our competitive advantage in a changing and demanding technological scenario, we recognize the need to collaborate with the best and bright from the academia. This we do by pioneering a pilot Training Program targeted at the best Madrid technical universities. The program’s end is building a cadre of trained young professionals for us to draw on them as best suited to every project.
